I go online all the time - every day, and several times a day. With smartphones, I think that everyone goes online too much. It's hard to control yourself.

I try to limit myself to going online twice a day. I have a rule where I can't look at my phone until after 3:00 p.m. I find that I feel better when I follow that rule, but I don't always have the willpower.

I'd say I go online 9 or 10 times a day. I check my email and social media first thing in the morning, then again on the bus to work. I also do it on my breaks at work, on the way home, and a bunch of times in the evening. Actually, it might be closer to 15 or 20 times a day.
